Most companies send all their CIP rinse down the drain, but the first part of the rinse contains a lot of product. Our sensors can tell you when there’s a high concentration of suspended solids in the rinse so you can divert it and recover those solids for reconcentration. You get more product out of the same raw materials, and reduce your water treatment needs.
The best way to protect the environment is not to take from it in the first place. Quadbeam sensors reduce your water, chemical, and energy needs in multiple ways. Their accuracy tells you when CIP rinse water is clean enough to divert and re-use, and when the clean is complete so you can stop running water through unnecessarily.
